In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “(Your Thing) for Dummies.”
Came across an interesting term….DECISION FATIGUE.
This is something all of us experience all the time. What to wear, what to eat….fries or pasta, what to watch….a thriller or a rom-com….are some examples of daily decisions we have to make. This is also because there are a lot of choices available. So, the mind is tired of having to decide.
The way out is to…
Set Rules for yourself.
Be a Morning Person.
Reconsider your decisions.
At least make your decisions when you are not tired.
Believe me when you adopt all this, life would be easier and the decisions better.
