In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Shaken and Stirred.”
Cooking has never been a passion,though I like to cook some dishes that my children insist on. Though they may look elaborate ,I always try and find a shortcut. One of my favorite dishes is ‘Egg Biryani”
It was after I visited my daughter ,who is studying in Mysore,Karnataka, that I tasted this for the first time. I was sold. It was a complete meal. Once back home I tried it out, and it was an instant hit.
This should be had with Raita ( curd with cucumber, salt and garam masala)
